c3 weapons are based off these weapons in real life (OPINION

I am only going to go through a few of the weapons

1st off the Scar mod 2 is based off of the XM8 (a gun once in the running to replace the M16, failed to make the cut) Check this: http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs27/i/2008/069/8/b/XM8_Finished_by_AlphaMike1.jpg

2nd the Grendel is based off of a version of the ACR, looks wise:

or the Magpul Massaud: 7.62x51mm NATO:
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/e/e3/Magpul_Massoud.jpg/500px-Magpul_Massoud.jpg

3rd the Typhoon is based off of this concept: http://youtu.be/xe-QP8s1ZJc
watch the whole vid and u'll get the idea

4th: the FY71 is modeled after: the well known, AK-47 which is standard 7.62mm but with some research is chambered with a 5.45x39mm instead,
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/f/f8/AK-74_NTW_12_92.jpg/600px-AK-74_NTW_12_92.jpg

4th again: the FY71M makes a short appearence in the Crysis Series and conviently is modeled after the AK-47M, notice the M in both? lol where as the regular FY71 doesnt have a M n both, how clever :P
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/7/7f/AK-74M.jpg/400px-AK-74M.jpg

also the FY71M resembles the Norinco QBC-003:
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/8/8b/QBZ-03.jpg/400px-QBZ-03.jpg

The Sniper Rifle DSG-1 greatly resembles the DSR-Precision GmbH DSR-1
check it: http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/7/77/Dsr1.jpg/500px-Dsr1.jpg just a whole lot shorter by look, don't kno much about the actual sniper rifle.

Gauss Sabot Rifle resembles the Walther WA 2000 .300 Win Mag closest
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/7/73/Walther-WA2000.jpg/500px-Walther-WA2000.jpg

Finally the shotguns,
The Alpha Jackal resembles the Hawk Semi-Auto Tactical, 12 Gauge, cept the Alpha Jackel really isn't semi-suto
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/7/70/Hawk-Semiauto.jpg/500px-Hawk-Semiauto.jpg

The Marshall, (My fav gun in the game) resembles the commonly known military shotgun the USA uses which is the Italian made Benelli M4 Super 90 with 7-shot tube - 12 Gauge
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/3/32/M4Super90.jpg/550px-M4Super90.jpg

Im getting tired of doing this but ill do the Feline and the K-Volt **** here they are

The Feline resembles the FAMAS F1 FELIN with SCROME J4 scope - 5.56x45mm, FELIN to FELINE get it? :P
check da pic http://www.imfdb.org/images/a/af/FamasFelin.jpg

And the K-Volt resembles the TDI Vector - .45 ACP which is in a few FPS like Far cry 3 and i think BLOPS 2

but also has elements of the well known bullpup smg the P90 in it as well combine these 2 pics, and u get the k-volt, or some real weird shizzz :P

http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/9/9e/FNP90Side.jpg/400px-FNP90Side.jpg

Okay thats it, so much for only doing a few of em, wait ****, i forgot about the handguns ugghhh, here they are quickly:

Hammer II=Desert Eagle stopping power, Hammer II=Beretta 92FS INOX - 9x19mm by the slide and barrel

Hammer II=Kimber Stainless Target II with target sights - .45 ACP which is like a very modernized M1911, which is my favorite pistol of all time

A couple of pics of real life guns that resemble the Hamburger II :P
http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/4/49/Beretta-Inox.jpg/350px-Beretta-Inox.jpg thats the Beretta 92FS INOX

http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/9/9e/KimberSSTargetII.jpg/350px-KimberSSTargetII.jpg which is the M1911 variant

Okay the Nova 12 is similar to the HK (Heckler and Kosch) UCP http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/1/13/Hk_ucp_3.jpg/450px-Hk_ucp_3.jpg
also similar to the Wather P99 http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/0/04/Walther-P99-Pistol.jpg/450px-Walther-P99-Pistol.jpg

Okay screw the other 2 pistols, what is your opinon on what the Majestic and the AY are similar to? Plz Reply it took forever for me to type this up, k THX!!

At least in Crysis:
AY-69 is a North Korean variant of the MP-7.

They are not your assumptions, all you did was copy and paste notes from IMFDB

oh so i just copied and pasted it straight up? well that pisses me off, I used that site for research and copied and pasted pictures but nothing else, but about 3/4 of it was my honest opinion from prior research and gun knowledge, and this site confirmed what i was thinking and enlightened me further especially in the Sniper RIfle section, and Alpha Jackal shot gun. SO thx. But your entitled to your own opinion and i respect that, its a free world and its all good. I had a feeling someone was going to say that, due to how close this site and my thoughts were.

AND EVERYONE WHO READS THIS WATCH THE YOUTUBE VID ABOUT THE TYPHOON POSTED ABOVE, SEEMS LIKE THE SHAPE OF ALIGNMENT FOR BARRELS ARE THE SAME AS THE TYPHOON, however in the typhoon the barrels are integrated with the magazine.
