Is there supernatural elements in Fallout?

I sure hope they do not take it in a supernatural direction..... Even aliens went too far.

You don't mix mutants, aliens, and magic...... Ever You end up with Syfy channel original garbage

So.. No one is going to mention like the BIGGEST supernatural example in Fallout? No one is going to mention the Master? I mean he did have massively powerful psychic abilities, could project illusions and break the minds of his enemies.. Just you know, putting the original Fallout's main boss out there. :P

Actually now that I think about it, when I mentioned some legendary hidden boss (kinda like Legendary Deathclaw) I pretty much explained the Master; powerful psychic abilities and some kind of power that causes illusions like the Vault in Fallout 3.

The psychic stuff isn't supernatural. It falls under what in the real world would be labeled as parapsychology or the paranormal, but it isn't in the same category as ghosts or black magic. During the Cold War, both sides dabbled in such things, cos, hey, why not? It's plausible, and the paltry amount of money they put into research didn't detract from anything else going on. So basically, this lends itself to this kind of sci-fi because while it's a novel idea, these psychic powers can be explained away as untapped powers of the mind.

Well sure the amount spent is paltry when the country is also putting almost 50 billion dollars into a bomber program. :)
