I have been trying to fix this stupid bug with the shadows, but nothing i find works. i have mods, but i have been having this problem since i bought the game on steam. i tried reinstalling the game about 5 or 6 times. nothing works. if you have any ideas, please post them.

They occur without mods? All of them unchecked, archive invalidated removed, refresh .ini files? When you reinstalled the game did you manually delete the falloutNV directory?
