I like those names for my similar characters.

Due to the games heavy western themes. I pick names from famous spaghetti westerns, like Josey Wales, The man with no name and Jed Cooper. I mainly choose from Clint Eastwoods films. Also Texas Red is another good one. I got that from the in game song Big Iron.

If you have an Android phone I know there's a good app simply called "Name Generator"

I've used a few sites, something like Serendipity before. It's where I got the name Guy Staunton, which I've been using for a while in this, Oblivion, and FO3. Hell, even working on a couple short stories around the character.

Also got the name Busty Sinclaire from an episode of the Simpsons, there's also Chesty LaRue, [censored] McGee, Homer's a genius at female names!

The Name Generator app has a ridiculous amount of choices too. There are plenty of different ethnicities to choose from.
