Restrictions in a hardcoe playthrough?

I'm currently away with a new experience in Fallout New Vegas; a realism playthrough. I've started a new character. I'm playing with hardcoe mode on however after playing for a few hours I've realised I have an abundance of food! What are your restrictions you employ in your realism games? I currently have:

- No HUD
- No crosshairs
- hardcoe mode
- 1 rifle, 2 pistols, 1 shotgun and 1 machete
- no fast travel
- weight can't go over 100

On my main four playthroughs:
-hardcoe Mode's always a given for me.
-Unless I'm packing for a major battle or Lonesome Road, all I carry is one rifle, one side arm, and a melee weapon. Sometimes a throw in a shotgun too, but that's rare.
-I don't bring more than 1 bottle of water and one meal when I leave a safehouse. Both are easy enough to find through hunting, gathering, or buying. I also carry the V13 canteen.
-I bring no more than five stimpacks while traveling unless I'm intentionally going somewhere dangerous.
-I never bring Doctor's bags with me. I only use the ones I find in my travels.

I never thought of restricting ny stimpacks, but then again my medicine is so low on this playthrough they're not that effective! I might start restricting my doctor's bags though. I also like the idea of just taking 1 food and 1 water out!

Plus I forgot to add, another restriction is that I don't allow my weight over 100.

I would advise some mods, like JSawyer (reduces your carry weight and base health, besides other things), all stuff has weight, Bartertown, Simple Scarcity... this way you can't carry more than one or two weapons and no unlimited chems and such.

No HUD, no fasttravel - definitly.

I'm an Xbox player first so a bit limited.

1) lowest strength possible and always take the perk that reduces strength requirements on weapons
2) always a 1 in endurance
3) max carry weight minus clothes/armor 100 pounds
4) max 4 guns
5) I usually don't use stimpacks but rely on survival medicine instead.
6)only repair weapons with WRK and a similar weapon. Because what would just two guns make without a kit to actually fuse them together.
7)always play on hardcoe. Carry enough food and water for the mission I'm on and never drink irradiated water or irradiated food.
8)enough ammo for just the mission I'm on. Will carry lead and everything else that I have to make more if need be.

I also do something similar.

1. hardcoe mode.

2. Dead is dead. I make a few exceptions "in advance" if I'm doing something for a GRA challenge that my character wouldn't actually normally do(like assassinate Benny with his own gun, or throw spears at Caesars head).

3. No stimpacks. I use food to heal slowly, and in combat I will only use buffout and medX when I'm behind cover. The only unrealistic thing about no stimpacks is that it makes your character very rich very fast.

4. No fast travel.

5. Limited weapons. I keep 1 two handed weapon across the back, one 1 handed weapon on each hip, and sometimes a weapon I could really put anywhere(knife/.22 pistol). For unarmed characters I will use a weapon that still has 'fingers' so I could just always keep it on the left hand and still reload my ranged weapon.

6. I actually sleep 6-8 hours a night, instead of the minimum to avoid sleep deprevation.

1. hardcoe/master difficulty
2. Only do and say what my charecter would do.
3. 1 rifle, 1 shotgun, 1 sidearm, and 1 melee
4. Limit my stims and chems to just 2 or 3 of certain ones unless im a junkie then I carry 10 of said things but I take them constantly or everytime im stressed or in danger.
5. Carry 2 bottles of watter and 2 things to eat on.
6. Pick up only what I need/use very soon/sell. Means I only pick up glue if im close to conponents of making a certain thing and can already do it.
7. no fast travel
8. If item is not modded, throw down weapon when its broken and pick up new weapon.
9. Stay true to my charecter. If my guy is a drunk junkie whos sarcastic, then I will pick sarcastic remarks when its in charecter like when boon asks why I picked a certain person. Nevermind I picked the right one but boone cant take a joke etc etc.

1. Either A. One Rifle, one Pistol, few small explosives, and one 1-h Melee Or 1 Big Gun (Minigun) that's always out if eing carried. (If the weapon disappears, it makes no sense that he puts it away)

2. 10 Stims, 2 or 3 of any other helpful thing.

3. Clothing that makes sense for the character (Main usually only wears Doctor Fatigues, sometimes Ranger. Other only wore dresses until the Sneaky Suit, which was waaay late)

4. No fast travel

5. Sleep every night.

6. SPECIAL depends on character, not for good builds. I've had a couple with 9 Charisma

7. Limited ammo (depends on what it is)

I probably have more if I actually think about it, but I have to go, so I may add some more later
