Are you on pc? Immersive armors adds some cool armors that could suit any class.

you must have posted that whilst I was still writing mine. It seems we both agree, lol.

Falmer armor for female is good. I'd say Falmer for a Dunmer or Ancient Nord if Breton.

Breton is the better choice. They're very similar to Nords, and look rather fitting in Heavy Armor. More so than an elf. Plus, they have a 25% Magical Resistance.

My heavy armored mage surely isn't called a Sorcerer

But I agree about Steel Plate, really like the look of it. That and Ebony.

Also, I enjoy Bretons as tank-mages. Wearing Heavy Armor will make you tough against physical damage, and the Bretons already come with a natural defense against magical damage. I feel like Bretons are natural tanks.

Since when? I always thought the word sorcerer just meant a mage who only practice black magics. Therefore a sorcerer would more commonly wear robes.

I prefer Ebony over Steel Plate. It has this "feel" to it.

That's the beauty of Elder Scrolls: Creating your own classes that have nothing to do with arbitrary pre-determined definitions. :)

Either one I think look good. Either of 'em are probably my favorite armors in Skyrim, along with Glass and Daedric.

mmm dat falmer :hubbahubba:

I've only seen my Mjoll or Jordis in the Falmer armor but now I'm considering making a dunmer warrior or my own nord warrior woman to rock it

Well, all TES games until skyrim had classes, i odnt mind being able to make your own, but getting rid of classes, stats and all that stuff was a huge mistake IMO, and Im PRETTY sure Im not alone.
