I've just gotten the urge to reinstall Morrowind, and I can't find one of my simple, favorite mods anywhere. It was called 'More Morrowind' and it was nothing but a plugin that came with a x2, x3, and I think x5 leveling mod that slowed skill development.

I liked this one because thats all it did...it didn't touch anything else but the skill speed.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
