It happens so, that after you save your game and later interact with a merchant, and then load the previous save, all merchants in the cell will have their stock and gold depleted (or in an inconsistant state). It seems to be due to that stock state is not loaded from the save file, but rather restored from RAM. A second bug is that when you restart the game, all merchants in a cell will have their stock reset. So far the second bug can be used as a "workaround" to "fix" the first one, but fixing both would be the clean solution. A third bug is that during restock items respawn randomly, which is a possible exploit. Can we expect these (or at least the first two) to be fixed in 2.0.?
