Why would I want Ulfrics sweaty clothes? #2

Post » Mon May 06, 2013 5:44 am

As the last thread conjured up a stinking discussion about Ulfric's hygiene, I decided another whiffy one was in order!

I'll start off by answering Treng's question.

Well, on Earth, humans that live in colder places are generally better at generating body heat.

This is because our body is losing heat to the cold surroundings, so our body needs to increase the metabolic rate to generate more heat from inside. Sweating in cold places is basically an effect of heating the body up. :nerd:

It could also be an effect of great nervousness or terror.

Well aren't you a barrel of laughs....

No one has a spell to your head and is forcing you to reply, the logical thing would be to just ignore it if you don't want to post..?

Ulfric's heat is generated by his passion, like the passion we had killing Imperials in solitude, carving our way to the gate and seeing Tullius sitting down, cowering behind Rikke as she, a true Nord, stood as his shield because he wouldn't fight. It was further generated by him cowering on his knee, with liquid dribbling down his leg, as he pleaded for his life and was refused.

That didn't happen at all though?

Passion for what? passion for mindlessly killing imperials? well that makes you worse then the Thalmor, at least they only started a war because they wanted power.

Sure it did! And there's no mindlessness to it. Imperials are slavepuppets to the Thalmor. As long as they exist as a power in Skyrim, they serve the Thalmor as a conduit to the enslavement, torture and murder of Nords. They are guilty of these crimes and the punishment is death.

Not in my game  and that's not accurate at all, the Empire rejected the terms of the WGCC at first, but were forced to end the violence by signing the second time around. The Empire isn't a conduit for anything of the sorts, if the nords stopped worshiping talos *Gasp Shock Horror* for a while until there was adequate forces to wage war on the Thalmor then you could worship any of the nine divines under true Imperial rule afterwards..

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Great_War

Author's Note: Much of what is written in this book is pieced together from documents captured from the enemy during the war, interrogation of prisoners, and eyewitness accounts from surviving soldiers and Imperial officers. I myself commanded the Tenth Legion in http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Hammerfell and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Cyrodiil until I was wounded in 175 during the assault on the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Imperial_City. That said, the full truth of some events may never be known. I have done my best to fill in the gaps with educated conjectures based on my experience as well as my hard-earned knowledge of the enemy.

The two most controversial terms of the Concordat were the banning of the worship of Talos and the cession of a large section of southern Hammerfell (most of what was already occupied by Aldmeri forces)

In the end, the heroic Redguards fought the Aldmeri Dominion to a standstill, although the war lasted for five more years and left southern Hammerfell devastated. The Redguards say that this proves that the White-Gold Concordat was unnecessary, and that if Titus II had kept his nerve, the Aldmeri could have been truly defeated by the combined forces of Hammerfell and the rest of the Empire.

In 4E 174, the Thalmor leadership committed all available forces to the campaign in Cyrodiil, gambling on a decisive victory to end the war once and for all. In the end, the main Aldmeri army in Cyrodiil was completely destroyed.

LOL Well they do have better armor than the regular imperial soldiers. Apparently they're the fashionistas of the legion. They're just too sixy for their manskirt.
