I see a few prints on the top of the disc. Like where the sticker is, it says Skyrim and has the Imperial Logo. Is this ok? I'm just overly cautious okay...I need an answer.

It's fine - there's no data that the drive has to read on that side of the disc.

hope? its easier to just check for yourself than to rely on hoping only

Fingerprints are not harmful to discs. ITs the dust that could be on the disc of you move your finger that could cause scratches. Just use any microfiber cloth and whipe off the dust and smudges, and you are good to go.
