I can't seem to find Fethis Alor anymore. He is not outside his quarters, in his quarters, in the mine our anywhere in Raven Rock. Does any one know his hangouts or a way to locate him?

No. I always find him selling his stuff. Where are you in the Main Quest? What level? Maybe that gives some clues. I HAVE noticed some strange things happening since the 1.9 "patch" came out.

I just got the Skahl Shahman to read the Black book. I haven't read it myself yet. Been running around catching up on side quests. I can't give you an exact time he disappeared on me but it been a while. When I am downstairs in his quarters, I hear some one coughing but there is no one else in the house but me. I'm wondering if he is stuck in the structure some how.

Could someone give me the code to get Fethis to appear near me. I've been trying from the Wiki sight using refid xx018293 but it keeps saying the refid is missing.

Can he be killed? I'm wondering if I may have killed him during one of the dragon attacks.

Fethis is protected and can only be killed by the player.

If he dies, you will fail the objective to bring necklaces to him. Otherwise, you should be able to use that objective to find him.

Possibly, he may be working on the Earth Stone pillar, or a radiant quest for the Companions or the Dawnguard may have chosen him to be kidnapped.
