When I ask him/her to decorate my house, he/she take my money and don't decore it ! What can I do ?

It takes time if you do that, the funiture will be at your house in some days

by superintendent i guess you mean your steward eh? well, if you pay them to decorate, it wont happen overnight... it can take up to several ingame weeks to finish (and even longer with some followers like Lydia etc)
