Hi there!!

I made Lydia my stewerd at lakeview but bc of a few bugs i have moved spouse and kids back into town but i cant get Lydia back.
Is there any way to get Lydia to move back to Whiterun? Or is she going to live at lakeview forever?

Hoping i can!

This is why I took the time to recruit, equip and train all new followers to get them for stewards. All of my original housecarls are still eating back in their original homes.

I love Lakeview! It's my favorite on both consoles. Centrally located near Whiterun and easy journey to get resources. I tried to make Lydia my steward of Heilsomething Hall, but lard butt disappeared right after getting the bard. Could not find her on estate or back in Breezehome so I reloaded and went after Breylin? from Mages college. She's a wimp, though. First sign of a giant and she ran to cower in the stable. Awesome how they have real personalities.

Lakeview is a great place, just that i dont like the way i built the house and cant remake it so...
Then there is the whole spouse kiddnaping bug that im tired of dealing with.

Im going to bulid the other two houses to but not move my family there unless they fix that bug eventualy.

I forgot all about that bug. I remember people on Xbox side talking about it but I didn't marry in that game. My spouse on PS3 turned into a pie baking wimp so I wouldn't be surprised if he got kidnapped, lol.

It's not a bug, the kidnappings are scripted. I have not had to deal with it yet, as I usually have them with my characters. (Marcurio and Vorstag)

Well it is a bug realy, if you do any other way then the programer planed it your spouse will get buged.
And sence Lydia is my stewerd she try to kill the bandit so when i came to my house Lydia was trying to kill the bandit and the bandit was trying to kill my kids and my wife was gone, so it was complete chaos. And that was the second time she got kidnapped.
You are very lucky if you dont get that quest to bug your spouse.
