Im hoping to get a gaming computer at the end of this month. I have a skyrim save and I wanna play it on PC but I want to add graphics/environment improvement mods and possibly some other mods but nothing much since it is my first playthrough. In the future I will add more mods.

Would it work? It is possible to transfer a 360 save using Modio.
