I just downloaded those two last week

With the armour mods that are Russian made or converted they're really easy to rename items. Because of the way items are set up in the Construction Set there's only really going to be problems potentially if there are scripts attached. The weapon mods should be fine. I've got a number of Russian mods, armour and weapons installed and they've given me barely any trouble - just renaming a couple of things into English really.

I'll have a look at them now
