Black reach, The Vale, The Soul Cairn, or Solstheim when I complete it's questline?

Solstheim - Why the hell would they close that large of an area off?

Soul Cairn - Yes

Blackreach - Yes, ruins don't close off just because you went through them

The Vale - Yes
