There is a beta of the latest (and greatest?) version of SDR available here:

Due to an unfortunate Wrye Bash incident*, I was unable to fully test the mod before leaving to go on vacation or finish the documentation for the full .ini user guide or the 3rd party modder's hand book.

I don't know how much internet access I will have while I am away, but I will try to answer questions and work on documentation when I have down time.

So give it a whirl if you dare.

P.S. Things you should know:

- With the default settings, I was getting fairly solid frame rates, and this was in the Better Cities version of the Imperial City and Waterfront District. Frame rates ranged from 10-12 at worst (Waterfront) to around 25-28 at best (Arboretum), and averaged 16-20 elsewhere (Market District). Interiors had no frame rate issues (mid to upper 30s).

- In addition to all the formula changes, I've added some spells. You can purchase them from my alter ego. More info is on the beta page towards the end of the list of new features.
