Not really. when you look at Political reality, Iran will never use a WMD on anyone. Perhaps Israel may use the Samson option, but that would require them being forced to a point of no return. Korea's missiles act as though they were pirated; They can barely reach japan. Neither India nor Pakistan want Nuclear war. India needs Pakistan as a boogeyman, and without Terrorist intervention Pakistan will not attack India.
