Back in Skyrim and just wondering something

Hiya everyone,

New to the forums!!

I'm making a new charcater that just a run of the mill sword/shield warrior type. I have serched online at armour and i was wonding if that was and good endgame Heavy armour that was unique.

I have looked on wiki and they show that there is more Light armour sets that are unique then heavy. is this true. if so that is sad...

I know that in the long run and can make good items using enchanting and smithing, but befor i do that i like to role play a bit and keep it challenging.

what are your thoughts??

its it really all about what you like to look like in the end or are there some good looking heavy set out there?

My favourite armour is the Nordic carved. It is not unique but it requires Dragonborn DLC.

I think The best looking unique armour is ancient Falmer armour. Requires dawnguard.

It's in Nexus at least. It adds a truckload of - *drumroll* - immersive armors to the game. Really good stuff, no reason to pass it. Also try the Immersive Weapons mod which does exactly what you think it does.

Any armor can be good if you reach the cap of 567.

Shield of Ysgrammor is always nice, even if you can't improve it... :/

And some Wolfy armour at lower levels.

Amen, that mod author does some seriously good stuff. I also like the weapon mod "Chronicle fo Steel" by a different mod author.

Nexus for sure. Also check out Immersive Weapons. I can't play the game without those mods. Its like 180 new weapons, and a dozen or so new armournsets,. The mods are great quality too.
