Whenever I click "continue" or try to manually load a save file, I will see the loading screen for less than a second before it black screens and I get that "not responding" window. Also, whenever I click start new game, if I click yes, nothing happens. I deleted my .ini file and started it back up, didn't help. I haven't added or gotten rid of any new mods at all. It was just fine yesterday, and now all of the sudden, nothing.

Have you tried a clean install?

Seems to have solved my problem.
