I've searched a bit about this, but I think I'm having a hard time even defining what my problem is.

The game runs great, but when I'm ADS it feels like the mouse resolution is very low. Like I can't even center the reticle on a guys head because of it. I move the mouse in the x axis 1 notch and it will move several pixels over on the screen. It's not a sensitivity issue, it's a resolution issue.

Is this just the way the game is? Is there a setting I'm missing? Am I alone on this?

I believe you can adjust ADS sens separately now if you want to using the cvar.

Yeah I agree, ads can be pretty annoying, that's why I use AdBlock
