Continuation, will fix the OP. Just making sure a new thread gets made without accidentally duping it.

I know it doesn't add much to the talk. I just wanted to present a point of view that's more conflicted/middle ground. Sorry if its pointless.

My post at the end of last thread:

I find these conversations very interesting. It really makes me want to take a side, but I really trouble doing so.

Both sides have good points to their movement and bad points as well. Both are very passionate so I dont think it's pointless. War is wrong, but the reasons people fight them tend to be real enough. That's why it rubs me the wrong way when Storm calls both sides morons. War is not as simple as that.

I remember a good thread about the jarls of both sides, and who replaces who. And I remember bad egg on both sides. It makes it hard to decide which people to support.

There is probably a good reason why helgen happened. If I remember their path was block off. It was probably also good not to make it too public, as too make the Jarl a martyr/

I always find it hard to find reasons for nonnords to go join the stormcloaks. But, even as a Nord, I find it hard to understand how nord ust feel because they are indeed torn between the sides. Most imperials soldiers are nords themselves.

Fighting yourself is always tougher than fighting another nation.

I never join these, so this is what I think.

I don't like the people that get put in power should the Stormcloaks win. I also don't like Ulfric.

I also don't feel very welcome if I'm not a Nord. It feels completely strange being the only non-Nord in the Stormcloak Army.
