Changing A Gameplay Element

I want to change the gameplay settings so that Energyweapons is influenced by Agility instead of Perception, Repair is influenced by Perception instead of Intelligence, and Unarmed is influenced by Strength instead of Endurance. The settings tab came up with a list of gameplay elements, from which I was able to filter items beginning in "fAVDSkill", but I don't know how to edit them. Anybody know how to do what I'm trying to do, or know an article on the wiki that tells how?

You can't add or remove game settings, or change how they work. The only thing you can change about them is their values.

If you want to override the functions of certain game settings then you're going to need to use some form of scripted override. In this case, you'll need to detect nearby actors, check if they've been altered already (use a token) and, if they haven't been altered, reset their actor values so that they seem to be controlled by your alternate actor values.
