I am trying to load Fallout 3 GOTYE on my PC. I get the message when I insert the DVD "Could not write license data!" The message tells me to contact customer support. Is there still such a thing?

Anyway, what does this mean? The game does not even ask me for any serial # or live access key.

Are you trying to install the game to its default location within the Program Files folder? If, so it may be an issue with Windows UAC. Either install the game in a folder such as C:\Games, or try installing it as an administrator.
