I have a Crysis 3 server hosted in UK - But it crashes several times each day. Sometimes at the exact same time as i kick or ban a player, other times it just crashes even i not using rcon.

Might want to get in contact with the company you bought them from. Some changes to the .xml rotation or admin files can causes crashes or even make the server disappear from the list due to stuff not being compatible.
