Better enchanted gear ends up being worth less?

After getting the +Enchanting gear from the Dragonborn DLC I decided to remake some of my armour with the bonus (gotta get that 1-2% improvement!) but... somehow it ended up being worth less than the previous versions. For example my new Daedric helmet is smithed up to the exact same rating as the old, but the enchantment is slightly better... but the value is a thousand or so gold lower than the 'worse' version

Not that I mind, I'm drowning in money anyway after getting prowlers profit, but I thought it was odd

Unless theres something else I'm missing

I had a ring, enchanted it and the value was still 30. After a few hours the value was 1,200.

Did you make these other items before they patched the Crafting, in particular, the Smithing. It could be the value scale is different now.

Also, did you use buffs the last time you Crafted something? Like I use 3 items that increase my Smithing 25 points each.
