Potential names for a Time Lord RP?

Post » Tue May 14, 2013 11:07 am

After seeing the TARDIS mod on the Nexus, I've been inspired to RP as a Time Lord. She will have a rather aggressive and merciless personality, a bit like The Master, but will have a soft streak in that she will have a companion. I will be using a spellsword-type playstyle.

Unfortunately, I'm kinda stuck on the naming. Any ideas?

Maybe just a title. Not "The Doctor", but something like "The _________".

The Governor

The Principal

The Secretary

etc

Ya know, something like that.

The OP is referencing a show called "Doctor Who", that has a main title called "The Doctor" (his name is unknown), and mentions another Time Lord called "The Master". If he wants to play as a Time Lord, than the title name seems to go along perfectly with what he's trying to do.

Um... The Dragonborn kinda seems like an obvious choice. The Spellsword could also work. Or "The ".

I named my character Thascalos. Hes an evil character that uses everyone to get power. Thascalos was a name that the master used in the old dr who series. An imperial with goatee beard , bent nose, and short hair works wellfor the classic look. Getting wobbajack and sanguines rose are decent choices for off hand weapon. I find dead thrall to be useful along with high powered illusion. Evil quest lines fit in along with daedric quests. I dont side with vamps or with the nords in dragonborn. No marriage/adoption but house is fine.

Actually, yes. In fact, I'd argue that's almost a MUST for Role Playing a renegade Time Lord.

That's the whole point of the character in the show really... a person from another world/culture who's exploring the universe.

So the origins do NOT have to be nordic/ES based at all.

In fact, "Who" roleplaying you SHOULD go for a modern real-world title to ENHANCE your role-play experience. Making you clash with the world IS the point of Doctor Who.

How do you plan to be a Time Lord if Akatosh is the friggin supreme ruler of time?

I am not sure what you are meaning by Time Lord but in a way it does not make sense to me.
