will i get all the content of the Dlcs, Mehrunes Razor, fighters stronghold, ...or will i have to buy them apart because of code regarding issues.
Or are those Dlcs free?

GOTY only contains KotN and SI. The DLC you have to buy. For PC it is hard because the place where the DLC were went down a long time ago, not sure if you can get them on the marketplace.

As I recall, all versions of GOTY retail just had Oblivion, KOTN and Shivering Isles.
You'll have to buy the other DLC from Xbox LIVe (I think thats where they'll be). Either way, you'll need to buy them.
