But anyways i am lv 12 and i have gotten to the point where i basically did all the side quests in towns like primm and all the other places and i got to this place near the deathclaw area and i wanted to have the guy give me a quest but he said i wasn't "Strong" enough and later on some how i piss3d him off and he shot at me when i fast traveled there. So i killed him with my marksmen carbine in like 10 shots (lol) and he died but now im not sure if its worth going in there or not. I'm pretty sure you get quite a bit of xp and you can sell the eggs for a bit but the main issue is i bought a anti-material rifle a while back (before i knew it was one of the best weapons) and go figure my strength isn't high enough 
(there goes 7k :S) and i was told there is an ability and surgery that ups your strength by 2 and my strength is at 6. I was wondering if you could help me to tell me where it is. Also one other thing is atm i decided to side with the NCR (tbh i wanted to side with Yes Man but there is probably little to no missions NCR probably has a lot) but i tried doing the first mission and go figure i got my a** handed to me lol. So i want to level up maybe do a few missions till im a decent lv like lv 15+ so i can do some dlc and maybe get the riot armor or something. I have some pretty good weapons just need some easy xp.
