DescendantOffspring of a Dragon-born?

Hello!

Quick question, I've scoured the Wiki's and in game information, and I've yet to find any information pertaining to the son(s) or daughters of a Dragonborn? I'd assume that they'd be just, well... Regular, since being born with Dragon's blood is a gift from Akatosh. But, just out of pure curiosity, and because I haven't used this forum in ages.

Would the offspring or descendant of a Dragonborn inherit any of there abilities?

No. Being Dragonborn is not hereditary.

Right, that was what I'd assume. Thanks for the lightning fast response.

I'll further elaborate.

It's a common misconception that it is hereditary because there were entire lines of Emperors from a single dynasty, but it stands to reason it must be something more complex and divine because some of these Emperors and Empresses were not blood offspring of the previous one. Uriel Septim VII, for instance, while having the surname of Septim doesn't have a single drop of Talos' blood, or even Talos' brother's blood. He's a Septim in name only, and yet born with Dragonblood because Akatosh willed it so.
