I've recently re-installed F:NV as well as some mods, and my game runs way too fast. The audio (such as dialog) seems fine, but just the speed of everything else (such as character movement and other things) are way too fast.

I tried turning v-sync on and it seemed to help, but just a little. Is there a fix for this?

lock your framerate to something around or under 60 FPS

Even better to set it to 54 or less.
