I want to buy the ultimate edition and seeing how good the story is, but the bugs and the unfinishness of the product is pushing me away from buying it. Is it all fixed or just people talking crap for no reason? I don't know the truth regarding unfinished assets laying around and obsidian didn't have time to fix that.

EDIT: I was against FO:NV but after seeing now F4 this year, I am thinking of finally playing this.
