.......the quest with Fallon to get cured of vampirism didn't activate. Ideas?

what does the face sculpter have to do with fallon?

Also try to reload to an earlier save

The face sculptor won't do anything on vampires. You need to be cured first.m

It says on http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rising_at_Dawn that it can take several tries to get the dialogue that triggers the quest. Is that what's happening?

It's just not appearing. I've tried leaving his house, going to another town and returning. Still nothing.

Do you need to get the requisite quest from innkeeper rumors first? I wish I knew more about this but I've never bothered with vampirism myself so all I can really do is regurgitate wiki information
