This must be mod related.
After becoming the Nerevarine (with Julan) I decide to do the Tribunal quest, which I haven't done in a few years. I go to Ebonheart and have Asciene Rane send me to Mournhold so I can hunt down the Dark Brotherhood, but as soon as I get there and talk to a Royal Guard I get this response:

Everyone in Mournhold, including Tienius Delitian and Fedris Hler, thinks the attack on Brindisi Plaza has just happened, although it hasn't. I haven't played any part of the Tribunal MQ in this current game, except for being attacked in Vvardenfell and talking to Apelles Matius. I'm not running any mods that affect Mourhold. I had played Antare's Tribunal MQ a couple of games ago, but I disabled it long before starting my current game.
