Hiya, Oblivion forums! What to do? I want to play Oblivion, but each time I think of playing I just don't feel like continuing any of my previous characters. Recently I've pretty much always ended up creating a new character, then playing through the tutorial dungeon... and that's pretty much it for that character. What should I try to keep my interest on a single character?

I guess this impatience with my characters started when I had played a character I was very much into, but for some reason I lost dozens of hours of his gameplay and I don't feel like playing all that again. I would like to play this overly righteous, gallant Knight thing who is even too much as such, so much that he becomes a parody of some classic heroes and an outright embarrassing guy in the minds of the ordinary folk. A character that would make townspeople go, "I'm glad he saved the world and all but... Why does it have to be this guy? ".

Any suggestions? I'm open to anything. For example, some role-playing ideas. Or what kind of characters have kept your interest after you have been undecided on what to play?

Go for something unusual to your tastes, Like a Orc mage or something. Go with a twist, like a two handed hammer for him
