player.additem Question

If I'm not planning on doing a MQ playthrough I'll often use /player.additem and /player.moveto to set up alternate start points and starting equipment. The problem is that /player.additem will give you items at 100% condition. Would anyone know if there's a way to add an item in poor condition so it would be more in line the with 9mm/Laser pistols the Doc gives you in Goodsprings?

player.additemhealthpercent reff_id qty condition

From the Wki

player.additemhealthpercent - add item to your inventory, with a specified condition. Quality should be given in decimal form.

Example: player.additemhealthpercent 000fd771 99 .01 will add 99 http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_3_utility_jumpsuit at 1% to the player's inventory.

Thank you for the quick answer CCNA. Just like making my own Courier Stash load outs but don't want it too overpowered;).
