Yes or no to the question above. I personally loved all of Oblivion's GQ in that they were often alot of fun to do and made you feel like you were actually part of a professional group who had to slowly work his or her way to the top. In Skyrim the mantra of "disaster has befallen the guild, solve it and become headmaster within two days" is totally overused. However since I have yet to play either Morrowind or Daggerfall, I've no other comparison in which to judge them by and would be curious to hear other peoples opinions.
