I love TES: Skyrim, but I am disappointed with how the storyline is belittled because Bethesda is moving on with their next adventure. My main concern is the role of the Dragonborn after the events of Skyrim. I am not done playing the Dragonborn yet, defeating Alduin was good, winning the Skyrim Civil War was great, his/her triumph over Hakon the Vampire Lord is amazing, and fighting and defeating Miraak (the first Dragonborn) was outstanding!!!!!
I believe the Dragonborn's role in TES should expand far beyond a single game. He/She is destined for far more than what they have done so far. Not to mention they should be able to do something about the Thalmor problem. I believe the Dragonborn should unite all of Tamriel against the Thalmor, and wage a climatic war upon them. And then to top it off, launch a full-scale invasion of Summerset Isles as chaotic and great as the Invasion of Normandy (D-Day) during real life WWII, or like the invasion of Troy by the Greeks during the Trojan War. And it would all end with the Dragonborn beheading the leader of the Thalmor.
With the Thalmor extinguished, and ALL of Tamriel united, peace shall be declared, and the Dragonborn could be hailed as the greatest hero since Tiber Septim himself. And during the whole struggle with the Thalmor, the Mede dynasty of the Empire may be destroyed by the conflict with the Thalmor, and Tamriel will want a new Emperor. They could elect the Dragonborn as the new Emperor and start a brand new line of Dragonborn Emperors just like the Septim dynasty.
My point is that Bethesda could give the Dragonborn more spotlight. The least they could have done was do at least ONE last DLC that could at least involve the Dragonborn being recruited by the Empire to start a brand new war against the Thalmor. I don't want the Dragonborn to be big in this single game, and then suddenly thrown away like trash just like any other character in previous games. The Dragonborn (thanks to TES: Skyrim) has become an irreplaceable idol for TES. I don't want him to die off. I mean, Uriel Septim VII appeared in the first four games, why not allow a new character exceed more than one game?
