I'm not to sure if my problem comes under this; but the thing is every time try to play skyrim through stream library, I keep getting a pop up saying the game won't load (error 80)..... not exactly that but its certainly error 80. I'm just wonder has anyone got any ideas why this keeps happening and any solutions; I've tried uninstalling & re-installing, restarting my laptop and even turning off any anti-virus software.

so if you know why its happening; please reply its annoying me cause I only just got the game yesterday.

That error code is related to Steam.

Close and restart the Steam client to see if Skyim will launch. Also make sure you don't have any read-only files in the game folder.

If the problem persists contact Steam Support.

Try disabling the Steam notifications and overlay settings in game via the settings menu in Steam. You can try right clicking on steam and clicking run as administrator. Past that I would agree with Kez and contact Steam support.
