This is a consistent problem - every time I exit Chorrol via the south gate, or fast travel to the stables, the game crashes to the desktop.

Load order:

I don't see a bashed patch. Best to figure out how to make one in two minutes, as it might solve the issue, it makes the mods play nice together. I've had those types of crashes before I figured out Wrye Bash, then well, I don't recall having them since. Or, it could be a corrupted NPC or Creature, so when you approach the cell, it crashes. Try waiting 4 days in game outside of the Chorrol area, like in Skingrad or something for the cell to reset.
