Congratulations, I didn't think the company could **** up even more.

Nope, proved me wrong.
Recently, about a week ago, a new patch has been released for Japan (only, I presume).
Due to this, the players with Japanese C3 disc who have downloaded the patch cannot join matches or squad up with players who have the European/NA discs.

This, essentially, prevented me from squadding up and playing with my GF and friends in Japan, and on top of that, prevented my clan from having a clan match.

Just sitting here laughing watching Crytek once again cut their throat.

*scratches head* What on earth would they patch for Japan and not other countries? Give anime eyes to all the nanosuit soldiers under the goggles, and put security cameras on the trains in Penn Depot so nobody gets groped?

I can only provide information as much as I know.
So far, all I know is that they seem to have the next(?) patch.
What it did is that it added a new menu item under the multiplayer menu.
Between "Settings" and "Single Player," there is now "Download Contents."

This seems like a HUGE mistake on Crytek's Japan division (or maybe EA, I'm ignorant of this).
We came to assumption that this was to reduce lag and (faux-) "improve" matchmaking, but all it did was divide the already divided community.
