War, war never changes.
On the year of 2060, the Europe Commonwealth collapsed after its wasteful war against the Middle East. Small Euro states such as Belgium, the Netherlands collapsed into chaos. While out of desperation the larger powers of Europe went to war against each other, and the old ideas of Nationalism resurfaced. Austria and Germany combined to form the 4th Reich and fascism resurfaced at its cores, with the German people hailed as the supreme race of the planet, marching into the Netherlands. Great Britain invaded Ireland and then invaded France through the English Channel. War, war never changes.
On October 23rd, the fighting in Europe continued. Once a Nuclear launch was detected from China, the European powers launched all of their missiles at each other. Millions died in the blast, and more died in the next hours through heavy radiation exposure and the Black Rain. Europe would become a quiet place as land ravaged by war, was ravaged by nuclear war.
94 years later, Europe is recovering from the ashes of Nuclear War. The Old nations of Europe that survived returned were revived once more. Yet the ideas of Nationalism never die. Europe shall once again repeat itself just like it has long ago in the Pre-War world…
It is true as they say in Europe in the Post-War world, Europe Never dies…

This RP is a convention/nation style RP. After each convention, you will Role-play as your nation. When we reach the post limit or if you guys want to move onto the convention, we go into convention mode.
Notes
Spoiler - The Soviet Union did not necessarily collapse but the Eastern Euro nations revolted against the Soviet Union in the 1990s, freeing themselves from them.
- The USSR was never involved in the Euro War and with its vast resources it wished to protect, isolated itself similarly just like the United States.
- Energy weapons such as Laser weapons will not be able. Gauss and Plasma though will be available though in limited supply for the other nations, but Germany shall be the holder of these weapons and as such, have access to these weapons.
- Research the Euro nations to get a feel of them. No need for in depth research.

Rules
Spoiler 1. Be realistic with what you post and what you say. You can’t have the leader of Russia named William Johnson. 
Also be realistic in nation development and government reactions.
2. On matter on technology, all powers can have their own choosing on what tech level they start at. Nations can also progress in tech levels. This is through your nation researching whether on making Tesla power or making new weapons. As a group, we will decide when it is sufficient enough for a nation to rank up higher in tech levels. The preferred technology levels for powers such as Germany, France or Britain would be Medium high.
3. In whatever case, no colonization of the America, despite how Greenland is shown on the map. North Africa and the Middle East are up for expansion.
4. Pertaining to the conquest and annexation of nations, you must come up with how realistic it will take to conquer one of the nations in the RP. There shall be no set limit on how many nations you can conquer. Yet do let the grandiose ambition of Empire clog your mind. In other words, don’t bite what more you can chew.
5. No Nuclear weapons!
