What can you do for fun in this game? I usually do side missions and side stories. I have finished the civil war missions and the college of winter hold. I currently have to do radiant quests for the thieves guild and restore the dark brotherhood. But what else is there to do besides make potions, weapons, armor, explore, etc? I'm hoping this game will give me something to do during the summer. I also have downloaded dawn guard and waiting to be a higher level for dragonborn

How about the Bards College and the Companions?

I have actually started the bards college. I have thought of the companions but I don't really want to be a vampire that might get attacked right now. Or a wolf

Those attacks are from Dawnguard I believe. How about collecting all the Daedric artifacts? That's a meaty questline. So is collecting all the Dragon Priest masks.

A friend told me both of those and couldn't remember all locations for the daedric quests. So I ordered a game guide which hopefully will so me them

Yeah the guide should help. This game is loaded with content. Too much probably.
