I have run this test repeatedlly.Even ran a benchmark of a High end Radeon HD 6870 over my Mid High end Geforce GTX 560.

My Windows Experience program shows my GTX 560 at 7.7 An my HD 6870 at 7.8.In games i am getting 56 more frams per second on my GeForce card which is weaker.I would like an explination please.This will not be confidential.

This has nothing to do with my settings.My computer in anyway.The performance test showed in each test.The AMD card performed slower every time an looked as if it was intentionally being slowed down.

These are Skyrim benchmarks? You say the Nvidia card is getting 56 more frames so I am going to assume you have v sync disabled. You don't mention drivers used for your benchmarks or give us any results or even any specifics.

Skyrim is not the game to play with v sync off. If you suffer input lag it is advised to find a way to remedy that with them on or at worst use a framerate limiter set to 59 or 60 fps even when it is off. The reason for this is the physics are tied to framerate for some terrible reason. I would say stop worrying about benchs in regards to Skyrim and use whatever card performs better. It also sounds like you think of Skyrim like a piece of benchmarking software and out of all the games released recently year it is the last game I would use to measure a cards performance. I suggest Metro 2033 or Crysis 3 if you really want to compare those cards.
