Still A Problem, Why No Fix?

A previous thread I had on this looking for help, someone said Bethesda is done updating Skyrim. Is this true? If so, I want my money back. Here is why:

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5770 Graphics card, a damn good card.

I have a good gaming PC. I play numerous games on it including World of Warcraft, Warhammer Online, Neverwinter, Minecraft, Guild Wars 2, Anno 2070, and the list goes on. I have NEVER had a display/graphics problem while playing any of these games.

My drivers are all up to date, so is my Direct X, and everything else. NOTHING is overclocked or tampered with from original default settings.

So, why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to play Skyrim and ONLY when I play Skyrim, it can be 10 min in or 45 min in, or even 3 hours later, I get brownish bars/lines across my screen, completely black screen, and then sometimes, it just locks my PC up entirely.

Because of the aforementioned, it is my opinion that in no way is it my PC that is causing these errors. Considering the main denominator is SKYRIM.

Now, will there be updates or has Bethesda decided that Skyrim is no longer worth their time and I'm out of luck (like thousands of Aion users the day it launched.)

http://www.bethblog.com/2013/04/15/moving-to-our-next-adventure/ they will not be working on any more DLC, but added that: "Even though we’re moving on, we’ll still have minor updates to Skyrim as needed."
