Best DLC?

Post » Fri May 31, 2013 2:44 am

I'm watching a Morrowing playthrough, and I just learned a few weeks ago that the music in Dragonborn is from it.

"Oh this is the soundtrack in Dragonborn!"

"No, wait, it's the other way around..."

Not to mention empty. When I finished Dawnguard, I felt more like a Falmer destroyer than a vampire hunter. I think they went about it all wrong. It was still fun and interesting at times, but they just went overboard with the Falmer stuff imo. Hardly any vampires.

That's like the one part in the game where it feels like you're really "Exploring" though. That whole "Pack your bags and get ready to come back next month" feeling is something I love.

I did also forget to mention a huge strong point in Dragonborn though.

Master Neloth!

There's Three or Four original songs too.

IMO,

1. Dawngaurd

2. Dragonborn

3. Hearthfire

Reasons

1. Serana, Crossbows, Dragonebone Weapons.

2. Morrowind Dreaming in Skyrim, Frea

3. Role Playing, and possibly no more eating Feathers and Rat Skin to Cure a Disease.

HF is my favourite DLC, but DB is also a good one. Dawnguard ranks third for me, but I'm still enjoying it so far

It's beyond me why anyone could like Hearthfire over DB and DG.

HF is the very embodiment of gimmick DLC.

I'll agree with this.

It's quite simple, really. Because some people have different tastes than others

And I thought it was quite a nice RPing DLC

Dragonborn. It's MQ was shallow compared to Shivering Isles, but it was still fun. The side quests were the selling point I think.

Dawnguard was good too, no doubt. But Dragonborn takes the cake due to it giving more overall content.

I'm not saying that HF is a crappy DLC or anything, I just find it odd that anyone would list such a menial DLC as his favorite.

sorry, wasn't trying to come across harshly or anything.

I'm an odd person, so that might explain it

I don't have Hearthfire but I still have to agree with Pistolero. It's a gimmick DLC.

Dragonborn has more content in than the others. It's mainquest is nice and fits well together with Skyrims mainquest, it has new landmasses and nice amount of new creatures and items in game and it also gratifies with nostalgia everyone who has played Morrowind in the past.

just out of curiosity/nonunderstandingness, what do you mean by "gimmick" DLC?
