Hi all! I have a couple of questions about Hearthfire building.

First, do the shrines you build actually give you the blessings? Because I don't see it in my active effects after activating one.

Second, is there anyway to get the round table and chairs to show up on the armory roof? Because I am missing one bench and that table and chairs.
