Level Cap AUTO ARMOR asap

Post » Fri May 31, 2013 2:13 pm

It just gets abused far too much as it's aimed for the low level players not guys who are 5th REBOOT
For example i was playing Capture The Relay last night and someone called CECH who was a level 5 rebbot was using AUTO ARMOR+SCAR combo
And was generally just killfarming low level players like level 4,11,14 etc
Second round starts and they all back out
So just imagine you have just brought this game and this is your first experiance
AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY THIS GAMES DEAD
wells theres your answer !!!!!!!!!!

AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY THIS GAMES DEAD

Sure that's not that only reason :P

Something like Armour shouldn't be affected by a module, it's either always manual or always on, it just confuses the less thinking people

He is right though but its to late they shoulda capped it before they released the game.. the first thing i thought when i heard of auto aumor i was like great another thing to abuse in this game i knew it would be annoying and be overused/overpowered it clearly makes people take less damage it takes about 7 extra bullets to kill someone using it. I have NO respect for anyone using it. People quit because of it just making C3 even more dead. :( And if you want proof of AA being OP look at most high K/D people they usually use AA.

there should have been a level cap before release. crytek have said it will not be changed or removed so it just has to be accepted.
you can't just remove a whole module at this stage.

Sad but true friend.
We are all just going to have to deal with all the AA addicts & abusers, moaning now will not do nothing but make us all sound like a bunch of cry baby`s.
I would suggest if you see someone using AA who clearly does not need to use it?back out of the game, get as many people to follow you also.
May be then when those AA addicts are twiddling there thumbs coz they can not get a game has no one will go out and play with them they may start to change there way`s.....
BUT I doubt it very much......

Maybe it shows that the original idea of Crysis was the best? It used to be about either be protected but be normal or be vulnerable but have benefits, now it's just be vulnerable all the time(without AA)

I know man it is a big mess.
I really do not understand why someone at Crytek would not have foreseen this abuse coming if they were not to cap AA at a certain level.

Maybe they thought it would appeal to the halo fans where they have always on shields? But they didn't make AA mandatory for the Crysis fans? That's what they tried to do with Red Orchestra 2 and they got flak for it... but at least they tried to remedy it by making DLC similar to Red Orchestra one ie Harcore
