I just today reinstalled Oblivion, and am setting up all my old mods that I used to use. I remember using a mod that delayed that start of the the DLC/Expansion quests till you went looking for them/earned them (AKA the houses), but for the life of me cant find the the mod again. I think that It was part of OOO? maybe some one can tell me/link me to the mod I am think of.
