The game freezes as is when I open the 'Hide' (fur armors) category at any forge. I have to force close the non-responding game. I can look at any other forge category, except Hide.

This began after some nexus mods and I've since uninstalled/reinstalled skyrim to start a new game. I disabled all armor/clothing mods from the workshop, verified file integrity - no help. I've tried the sound fix as well (switch to 44100 studio)

Anyone can help me fix this?

EDIT: Thread can be closed. I fixed it by removing a workshop mod that introduced salt pile crafting.
